Elpie Bannister

Elpie Bannister is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resource management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Senior Director, People Business Partner and Leadership Development at Arm, Elpie has held various leadership roles within the company since 2004. In addition to responsibilities at Arm, Elpie contributes as a member of the Advisory Board for Cambridge Academic Performance and serves as a Facilitator and Coach for The Leadership Trust. Previous experience includes founding Boundless Solutions Ltd and directing talent at Simprints, alongside key roles at The Centre for Global Equality and Farrer & Co. Elpie's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management from Solent University and completion of the Business Coach Program at Meyler Campbell.
