Prior to that, Jack worked at Hays as a Program Manager and IT Recruitment Lead. Jack has experience as a Senior Sourcing Partner at Hays, where Jack worked with various clients in different industries. Jack also has a background in Security Clearance Recruitment Specialist. Before their time at Hays, Jack worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Vacancy Filler Recruitment Software Ltd and as an Associate Sourcing Partner at Hays. Jack started their career as a Private banking Customer Service Advisor at Royal Bank of Scotland. Jack studied BA hons Journalism at Sheffield Hallam University and completed their A-levels at Gateway sixth form.
