Tegwen Smith

Tegwen Smith is currently working at Arm as the VP Reward. Prior to that, they worked at Mercer from September 2008 to May 2017, where they held various titles including Senior Associate, Associate, and Analyst. Tegwen Smith obtained a MSc in Human Resource Management from London South Bank University in 2012, and a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick in 2008.
