Erica Poff

Erica Poff, PMP, CAE, IOM, currently serves as the Vice President of Education at ARMA International since February 2023 and holds the position of Vice President at Talbott Talent since June 2020, where contributions include strategy development and managing nonprofit executive searches. Prior to these roles, Erica was the Director of Global Strategic Advancement at the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, focusing on international outreach and certification growth, and held roles in government affairs aimed at representing certification holders' interests. Erica's experience also includes program management in Africa at the Center for International Private Enterprise and research focused on green energy policies at 20/20 Vision. Erica earned both a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ohio University.
