Rohit Shiralkar

Rohit Shiralkar has a diverse work experience across various industries. Rohit started their career as a Summer Intern at Godrej Industries Limited in 2002. Rohit then worked as an Applications Development Engineer at KLA-Tencor from 2004 to 2006, where they provided pre-sale support, technical support, and conducted system characterization tests.

In 2007, they had a summer analyst position at Lehman Brothers, where they gained experience in interest rates derivatives hybrids trading and equity strategy. Rohit was awarded a permanent offer to join full-time but only stayed for a short period.

From 2008 to 2014, Rohit worked as a Vice President at Capital SCF, where they held a leadership role. During this time, they were also an Analyst at Lehman Brothers for a brief period in 2008.

In 2013, Rohit joined Ensphere Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as an Advisory Board Member and remained in that position until 2015.

Since 2014, Rohit has been with Arma Partners as a Managing Director. Rohit is part of the Software & IT Services sector coverage team and has worked on several significant transactions involving supply chain and logistics software, manufacturing ERP software, ERP software, HCM software, infrastructure software, and more.

Rohit Shiralkar completed their MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2006 to 2008. Rohit also holds a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, which they completed in 2004. Prior to that, Rohit Shiralkar completed their HSC from Ramnivas Ruia Junior College and their SSC from Fatima High School.
