Saad Lakhani, ACCA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in finance and taxation roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Armada Holding since February 2024, Saad previously held the position of Finance Lead at TRAX Distribution from September 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing end-to-end finance operations. Saad's career encompasses significant roles such as Company Secretary & Head of Taxation at Burshane Group, Chief Financial Officer at Khan International Brands (Private) Limited, and Assistant Manager Taxation & Compliance at IBL Operations, among others. Saad's educational background includes a degree in Accounting and Audit from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Bachelor of Commerce from Karachi University.
