Kowsar Mahmoodnejad

Kowsar Mahmoodnejad is an accomplished architect and landscape architect with extensive experience in both academia and practice. Currently serving as an Architect 3D modeler and Landscape Architect at 61 Defacqz Arch. since March 2023, Kowsar has held various positions at multiple organizations, including Architect at Protek-Yapi and BRACKET DESIGN STUDIO, and Landscape Architect at Armanshahr Consultant Engineers. Significant projects include the development of Green Construction Guidelines for climate change mitigation in Afghanistan and the post-industrial rehabilitation of the Rey Cement Factory. Kowsar also contributes to the field of education as an instructor and lecturer at several institutions, teaching courses on architectural design, landscape architecture, and environmental planning. Kowsar holds a Master of Architecture from Hasselt University and a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from Shahid Beheshti University.
