Pedro Gaviria has had a varied career in the business world. Pedro began in 2011 as a Pôle Développement at Plateforme in Paris, where they researched the market to propose conference topics and secured new speakers such as National Geographic photographer Reza and Arsenal Football Club coach Arsene Wenger. Pedro also co-organized the "Tous pour le Japon" conference to raise funds for the children orphaned by the 2011 Japan Tsunami in Paris, France. In 2013, they took on the role of Sub Gerente at Aromas y Sabores Buena Vida, where they were responsible for the commercial and marketing aspects of the business and established solid commercial relationships and acquired new clients in the institutional sector. Pedro then moved to Falabella in 2014, where they held the positions of Ingeniero Comercial de Business Intelligence and Category Manager. Finally, in 2016, they founded and became the CEO of Evolution Ideas.
Pedro Gaviria completed their Bachiller degree at Colegio Helvetia de Bogotá from 1994 to 2007. Pedro then went on to receive their degree in Administración de Empresas from Universidad del Rosario from 2007 to 2009. Finally, they earned their degree in Administrador de Empresas from Universidad de Los Andes from 2009 to 2013.
