Ken Pagkalinawan

Ken Pagkalinawan began their career in 2016 as a Bartender at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. In 2017, they joined ARMCO Partners as a Quality Assurance Specialist, and was later promoted to Production Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, Operations Manager, and finally Director of Operations.

Ken Pagkalinawan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig from 2012 to 2016.
