Shreya Maskara

Shreya Maskara is an experienced professional with a diverse background in data analysis, research, and communications. Currently serving as a Methodology and Training Officer at ACLED since December 2019, Shreya conducts data quality control and methodological reviews for data across 149 countries and oversees researchers to ensure data integrity. As the Founder of The Liquor Masters and a former Consultant at Polstrat, Shreya has led survey building and analysis for multiple political elections. Previous roles include strategic consultancy positions at IIX and YCP Solidiance, as well as a Communications Officer at Women in Foreign Policy. Shreya’s early career included significant contributions to the Daily Bruin, where Shreya advanced through various journalistic roles, and internships focused on research and immigration services. Shreya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from UCLA.
