Michelle Kuc

Michelle Kuc currently serves as the Senior Worksite Systems Project Manager at the Armed Forces Benefit Association since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Novant Health as an Integration Project Manager from January 2016 to January 2023, where responsibilities encompassed managing affiliations, new construction, startup practices, and mergers across the Northern VA, Winston-Salem, and Charlotte markets. Michelle Kuc also held the position of Senior Project Manager at Search Technologies from August 2008 to April 2015 and contributed to the Armed Forces Benefit Association from December 1996 to August 2008 in various capacities, including Project Manager for Information Systems and System Administrator. Michelle Kuc obtained a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Strayer University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from George Mason University.
