Ian Cilia Pisani

Ian Cilia Pisani is a consultant with extensive experience in strategic reviews, governance, and policy-making, currently serving at the Armed Forces of Malta since January 2023. Previous roles include consultant positions at Agenzija servizz.gov and the Management Efficiency Unit within the Office of the Prime Minister, where Ian played a key role in various strategic initiatives from 2013 to 2022. In addition, Ian has a background in management consultancy, specializing in policy and strategy for over a decade, and has held leadership positions in Malta Motorsport Federation and All Wheel Drive Club Malta. Ian's educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Public Policy and a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Public and Private Sector Management from the University of Malta.
