Martin Mateski

Martin Mateski has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Martin started in 2014 as an intern at AD ESM, Elektrani na Severna Makedonija, where they gained experience in hydroelectric power plants. In 2015, they worked in the USA through the Work and Travel program, gaining valuable skills in hotel and restaurant management. In 2016, they worked as a Younger Assistant at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies, where they assisted with laboratory exams and participated in building an electric vehicle. During the same year, they also worked as an Engineer at the MEnS project, focusing on nearly zero energy buildings. From 2017 to 2021, Martin worked at Iskratel, starting as a Product Engineer before progressing to Agile Product Owner and then Manager, Business/Product Development. In these roles, they developed IoT solutions for the energy sector and collaborated between customers and development teams. Currently, Martin works at Armedia as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, where they prioritize requirements, communicates with stakeholders, and assesses change proposals. Their work also involves business process modeling and collaborating with technical teams. Martin's work experience showcases their expertise in various fields and their ability to adapt to different roles and industries.

Martin Mateski's education history is as follows:

- From 2021 to 2023, Martin attended the University of York and the University of Strasbourg, where they earned an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management.

- In 2016 and 2017, Martin pursued a Master's degree at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies, specializing in Renewable Sources of Energy.

- From 2012 to 2016, Martin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Power Engineering, Automation, and Renewable Energy Sources from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University.

- In 2010 and 2011, Martin obtained a certification in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL International) from the University of Cambridge.

- Martin completed their high school education at Rade Jovchevski - Korcagin Gymnasium from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Martin also holds several certifications and achievements, including being certified as a Scrum Product Owner and having a Scrum Fundamental certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
