Deborah Dhuy

Deborah Dhuy has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources, finance, and operations. Deborah has recently been the Director of Human Resources at Armhr since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at OELS where they held multiple positions including Director of Human Resources, HR Team Manager, and HR Partner/Benefits/Technology/Implementation. Deborah was responsible for policy administration, human resources management, technology implementation, and benefits administration during their time at OELS. Before OELS, they were the Director of Finance and Operations at Henry Johnson Charter School, Business and Operations Manager at Achievement Academy Charter School, and Business Manager at New Covenant Charter School.

Deborah Dhuy has a Master's degree from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2006. Deborah also holds a School District Business Leader Certification from The College of Saint Rose, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012. Deborah Dhuy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wells College, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they have renewed their SPHR certification from HRCI in November 2019 and July 2022.
