Shiri Ladelsky

Shiri Ladelsky is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and research and development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering and Data Science Team Leader at Armis since April 2018, Shiri has previously held positions such as VP R&D at AppFront, where responsibilities included establishing the R&D department and overseeing product development processes. Shiri also led the R&D organization at 3i-MIND, managing a team of 25 employees and directing the development of the OpenMIND platform. As a co-founder of Vibits, a startup focused on recruitment solutions, Shiri successfully ran a pilot program targeting job candidates. Shiri's early career included leadership roles in the Israel Defense Forces, where significant achievements were recognized with commendations. Shiri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Linguistics from Tel Aviv University.
