Rotem Refael

Rotem Refael has been working in the technology field since 2011. Starting at Bank Leumi's TopSoft as a Web Developer, they then moved to Opal Future Technology as a .Net Developer in 2013. In 2014, they joined Verint Cyber Intelligence, where they held the roles of Development Infrastructure Team Lead and Java & .Net Developer & Leader. In 2021, they joined Cognyte as a Software & DevOps Manager, leading the Infrastructure & DevOps group to Cloud Native infrastructure and IaC deployment methods, managing and mentoring team-leaders and tech-leaders, and working as a product manager and architect with in/out customers. Rotem Refael also joined ARMO as the Director of Engineering in 2021.

Rotem Refael achieved a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Collage of Management Academic Studies in 2014, with a focus on Technology Companies Management. Prior to this, Rotem Refael completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art. in 2012, specializing in Computer Software Engineering.
