Karine Goy

Karine GOY has over 16 years of experience in the training and development sector. Currently, as Responsable formation at Armonia since September 2019, Karine is responsible for building and implementing training policies, managing budgets, adapting training programs to new legislative requirements, and leading a team of three. Prior to this role, Karine served as Responsable formation and later as Responsable de comptes at FACILITESS from March 2007 to September 2019, focusing on budget optimization, training plan creation, and client portfolio management. Karine holds a DEESCOM degree in corporate communication from EFFICOM and a Licence de commerce in law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
