Scott Cole

Scott Cole is an experienced executive in customer support and onboarding, currently serving as the VP of Customer Support and Onboarding at Armor Defense since May 2023. With a strong background in building support organizations, Scott previously held the position of Director of Support for North America and LATAM at Elastic, where a focus on operational excellence and customer experience was paramount. Prior experience includes leading the creation of Datadog's Premier Support offering as Global Director of Solutions Engineering and overseeing technical support teams at Rackspace Technology. Scott has also held significant roles at Armor Cloud Security and CBRE, where skills in ITIL processes and customer advocacy were developed. An early career at HP Enterprise Services and The Planet laid a foundation in incident management and technical support.
