Lushana Offutt

Lushana Offutt has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Their most recent role was as the Chief Executive Officer at Armor Express, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Sr. VP Government at Armor Express, starting in July 2019.

Before joining Armor Express, Offutt worked at ADS as the Sr. VP Operations from January 2015 to July 2019. Lushana also served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy from January 2013 to December 2014, VP Air Force, Army Sales from January 2010 to December 2012, and Vice President of DoD Program Business Development from May 2008 to December 2010.

Offutt's earlier work experience includes their stint at L-3 Communications as the Systems acquisition manager for the PM CIE support, starting in August 2003. Before that, they worked at NISH where they were the National Account Manager from November 2000 to March 2003. Lushana also held the position of Project Engineer from August 1996 to October 2000, providing engineering support to over 30 prime contractors and implementing ISO9000.

Lushana Offutt earned a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University in 1996. Lushana then pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Finance and International Business from the American University - Kogod School of Business, completing their studies in 2002.
