Kathryn Manning

Kathryn Manning has extensive experience in the field of chemistry. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Research Assistant at Hamilton College and conducted crystal growth of a protein from P. aeruginosa during a summer internship at the Hauptman-Woodward Medical Research Institute. In 2009, they joined the University at Buffalo (UB) and worked as a Research Assistant, focusing on the detailed kinetic and mechanistic study of Mycobacterium tuberculosis 1-deoxy-D-xylulose 5-phosphate Reductoisomerase (MtDXR) for the development of antimicrobial drugs. Kathryn also served as a Teaching Assistant at UB. In 2016, Kathryn joined IIMAK as a Senior Chemist and later became the Principal Chemist, where they have been contributing their expertise since then.

Kathryn Manning obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from Hamilton College, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry at the University at Buffalo, from 2009 to 2015.
