Matt Partridge

Matt Partridge has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Portsmouth. Matt started their career as a Summer Engineering Intern at Integrated Technologies Ltd before moving on to roles such as Bike Mechanic/Parts Fitter at Halfords, Parts Fitter at British American Tobacco, and Product Design Engineer at Halfords. Currently, Matt is the Head Of Product Development at Armorgard Ltd, where Matt leads the Product Design team to create innovative solutions for the Construction, Rail, and other industries. As a Research and Development Manager, Matt project manages new product development processes and ensures efficient communication with all stakeholders.
