Russell Rasmussen

Russell Rasmussen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and project management. Currently serving as a Business Development Officer at Armstrong Bank since March 2020, Russell focuses on strengthening relationships within the Oklahoma City business community while managing existing clients and expanding opportunities. Concurrently, Russell has been an Associate Trainer and Marketing Coordinator at Canine Sports Academy since May 2013, leveraging 30 years of canine experience to enhance pet training. Previously, Russell owned Rusty's Custard Factory, overseeing a range of responsibilities from public relations to media engagements. At the University of Oklahoma (2012-2020), Russell managed multiple projects for publicly funded grants, coordinated training programs, and facilitated project management activities. Additional roles include co-hosting Dog Talk TV and serving as a Regional Sales Representative at Southwest Leasing and Management. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
