Scott Ardley MEng MCMI MAPM VR is an experienced Programme Manager currently working with the UK Ministry of Defence since July 2021. Scott has a diverse background in project management and technical diving, serving as an Emergency First Response Instructor and Professional SCUBA Diver with various dive centers since 2009. Additionally, Scott is involved with the Army Cadet Force as a commissioned officer and has previously held leadership roles with the British Red Cross. Scott's career spans over two decades in the defence sector, including positions with the British Army Reserves, Ultra Electronics, and QinetiQ, where senior project management and mechanical engineering expertise were demonstrated. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Durham and has completed military training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
