Melissa Hoffman is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in military nursing leadership. Currently serving as a Retired US Army Health Care Executive with the Army Nurse Corps Association since April 2022, Melissa previously held significant roles including Transitioning US Army Healthcare Executive from June 2021 to January 2023 and Commanding Officer/CEO at Martin Army Community Hospital from May 2019 to June 2021. Additional leadership positions include Deputy Corps Chief of the Army Nurse Corps and Chief Nursing Officer within the US Army, as well as Deputy Commander for Nursing and Assistant Deputy Commander for Nursing at various Army hospitals.
