Elif Kocaman

Elif Kocaman is a Senior Human Resources Specialist at ARN Fintech since October 2023, with extensive experience in managing legal and disciplinary HR processes, candidate research, training needs assessment, and performance management. Previously, Kocaman worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Fineksus, where responsibilities included recruitment operations and HR project implementation. Kocaman also held a role as a Multilingual Recruitment Specialist at Teleperformance, focusing on international recruitment and interview management, and began a career as a Human Resources Assistant Specialist at Doğa Okulları, involving candidate support and HR process participation.
