Jennie Spears

Jennie Spears is an experienced communications and PR professional with over 14 years in the field. Currently serving as Operations & Communications Director at Lemon Tree Trust since April 2019, Jennie manages projects in refugee and IDP camps, overseeing communications efforts to support displaced communities. As a PR & Media Consultant for Arne Maynard Garden Design, Jennie has provided comprehensive media and communications support since November 2007. Additionally, Jennie works as a Freelance Communications Consultant for various clients, including the Autism Education Trust and the National Autistic Society, where previous roles included Head of PR and Media. Jennie's background includes significant achievements at the Royal Horticultural Society, where strategic media coverage was enhanced, and extensive experience in event PR at prestigious shows such as Chelsea Flower Show and Hampton Court Palace Flower Show. Jennie holds a BA(hons) in English and Communications from the University of Liverpool.
