Stephanie Senerchia

Stephanie Senerchia, PHR has over 14 years of experience in human resources. Stephanie is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Arnold Lumber Company since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Arnold Lumber Company from March 2020 to December 2021. Stephanie also held the position of Human Resources Manager at ELITE PHYSICAL THERAPY, INC. from January 2019 to March 2020. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Gemalto from May 2014 to January 2019. Stephanie's career started as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Shoreline Business Solutions from March 2009 to May 2014. Their early experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Florida Water Products Inc. from July 2007 to November 2008.

Stephanie Senerchia, PHR has pursued their education in the field of HR and business administration. Stephanie attended Bryant University, where they engaged in studies focused on Executive Development in HR. Stephanie also holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration from the Community College of Rhode Island, specializing in Business Administration and Management. In addition to their educational background, Stephanie has obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in August 2021.
