Rick Bailey

Rick Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rick started their career at Valley Engine Shop in 1990 as a Technician before moving on to Bowen Petroleum as an Assistant Shop Manager/Technician. In 1993, they joined J.R. Simplot Company Smoky Canyon Mine as a Shop Foreman and stayed there until 2004. Rick then worked at Western States Equipment as a Field Service Technician from 2012 to 2014. Since 2014, Rick has been associated with Arnold Machinery Company, where they first served as a Reman Center Service Manager before becoming a Reman Center Branch Manager. In 2015, they joined Arnold Machinery Company Mining Division as an SLC Mining Division Branch Manager. Currently, they hold the role of VP of Product Support Sales Mining Division at Arnold Machinery Company.

Rick Bailey obtained their Associate's degree in Diesel Mechanics Technology/Technician/Diesel Electric Technology from Idaho State University, where they attended from 1987 to 1989.
