Patricia Gaitán serves as the Diversity and Pro Bono Marketing Manager at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, where responsibilities include connecting marketing, diversity and inclusion (D&I), and pro bono efforts to develop strategies that promote the firm's D&I priorities and pro bono work. Prior experience includes serving as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at Nestlé USA, where Patricia doubled female employee engagement and supported multiple Employee Resource Groups, as well as leading initiatives for AARP’s Diversity and Inclusion unit as Account Director at d exposito & Partners. Additional roles include Director of Media and Campaign Integration at Urban Strategies, COO at Chambers Lopez & Gaitan LLC, and COO at ZGS Communications, Inc., where Patricia oversaw various operational and strategic functions. Patricia holds an Executive Certificate in Strategic Diversity & Inclusion Management from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies and a BFA in Advertising Design and Graphic Communications from Texas State University.
