Shino Swaver is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the General Manager of People and Culture at Arnold Thomas & Becker since March 2021, Shino also functions as an HR Manager and Business Strategist at TopNotch Business and Career Solutions.
