Olga Epstein

Olga Epstein has a wealth of work experience in various industries. Olga began their career in 2000 as a Consultant for Goldman Sachs, where they contributed to Global Equity Research Reports for the Global Investment Research Healthcare Division and supported the Voice Technologies Division help desk for internal organizational telecommunication structure. In 2001, they became a Senior Business Consultant / Account Manager for Simcorp, where they provided critical product support, communicated customer requests to product management and development, established trustworthy relationships with corporate treasury clients, and managed a growing portfolio of high visibility clients. In 2006, they were a Product Management Consultant for IBM, where they executed a 6-month long study in a team environment aimed at helping IBM develop a richer understanding of how innovation creates business value for its clients. From 2007 to 2018, they held two roles: a Marketing Field Study Consultant for B&H Photo Video, where they assisted internal product marketing managers in the development of strategic marketing plans, comprehensive customer segmentation studies, and the establishment of vertical marketing strategies; and a Senior Customer Support Consultant for IT2 Treasury Solutions, where they were responsible for overseeing relationship management and helpdesk support for North American corporate treasury clients utilizing the IT2 financial software product. Since 2018, they have been a Health and Life Coach for Happy Healthy Calm, and in 2022 they will become a Life Coach / Health Coach / Consultant for Arootah.

Olga Epstein's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, where they studied Marketing, Finance, and Management from 2004 to 2007. Olga also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Binghamton University, which they obtained between 1997 and 2001. Prior to that, they attended Townsend Harris High School from 1994 to 1997, where they studied Humanities, Ancient Latin, French, and Hebrew. In addition to their formal education, Olga has obtained several certifications, including a Certified Habit Change Coach from Coach.me in 2020, a Life and Success Coach, NLP Practitioner, EFT Practitioner, and Clinical Hypnotherapist from the International Board of Coaches and Practitioners in 2020, a Health & Wellness Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2018, Gamification from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business through Coursera in 2015, and an Inbound Marketing Certified from HubSpot in 2010.
