Rosalind Zavras

Rosalind Zavras is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in social impact consulting and nonprofit management. As the CEO and Founder of Aropa Consulting since April 2022, Rosalind focuses on providing equity-focused solutions for social impact organizations through strategic evaluation and planning. In August 2023, Rosalind established The Center for Community Collaboration, enhancing nonprofit support and resources to empower community change. Prior roles include Senior Implementation Consultant and VP of Social Impact at Allied Cloud, where Rosalind oversaw numerous NetSuite implementations, and Director of Finance and Operations at Spark MicroGrants, managing operations across four countries. Rosalind's background includes serving as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State and developing open-source training curricula at Ushahidi. Educational achievements include a MALD from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Mathematics from Randolph College.
