Michael O'Kane

Michael O'kane has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as a Senior Sous Chef at both STOKE PLACE HOTEL LIMITED and Arora Hotels since September 2017 and June 2009 respectively. Michael has a solid background in managing kitchen operations, staff training, menu planning, and menu development. Previous roles include Senior Sous Chef at Savill Court Hotel since May 2009, overseeing large banqueting and fine dining, and a Chef/Manager position at Aston Hall Hotel in Sheffield from May 1994 to August 1998. Education was completed at Saint Mary's High School in Greenock.
