Previous roles include Senior Sous Chef at Savill Court Hotel since May 2009, overseeing large banqueting and fine dining, and a Chef/Manager position at Aston Hall Hotel in Sheffield from May 1994 to August 1998. Education was completed at Saint Mary's High School in Greenock.
