Laura Pessina

Laura Pessina has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Laura started their career at Pirelli in 1990 as a Compensation Specialist and then moved to Philips in 1992 as a Human Resources Manager. In 1999, they joined Rinascente as a Recruiting, Training, and Development Manager for the Grandi Magazzini Division. Laura then transitioned to Coty in 2002, where they held various Human Resources Director roles, including overseeing Italy and Greece. In 2017, they joined Arpa Industriale as the Human Resources Director, where they were responsible for implementing HR strategies, facilitating cultural change, managing talent development, and handling HR matters related to company expansion.

Laura Pessina completed their university degree in Political Science at the Università degli Studi di Milano from 1985 to 1989. Laura later obtained a degree in Business Coaching from SCOA in 2018. Additionally, they received training as a Counselor at Centro Berne Milano in 2004.
