Elena Avila Elbaz is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in project management and oversight. Currently serving as Ayudante de Jefe de obra at ARPADA, S.A. since September 2018, Elena has previously held positions including Jefe de obra at TR Construya and Ayudante jefe de obra at ARPADA, S.A. With a career that began in 2005, Elena has developed expertise in execution control, measurements, invoicing, preventive resources, quality management, planning, certification, production, and post-sales services.
