Hayley-Rose Hill

Hayley-Rose Hill has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Hayley-Rose started their career as a Store Manager at French Connection in 2013 and later took on the role of Business Assistant at The Courtyard Dress Agency, where they were involved in designing the store concept and managing day-to-day operations.

In 2014, Hayley-Rose became a Retail Manager at Jigsaw UK before joining EO Executives as a Senior Associate in 2015. In this role, they excelled in making placements across industries and implementing a new sourcing process.

Hayley-Rose took a career break in 2018 for global travel and then joined Arqiva as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. Hayley-Rose actively used social channels to attract candidates, drove the STEM agenda, and established relationships with D&I organizations to support Arqiva's commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Hayley-Rose's dedication to diversity and inclusion led their to become the Diversity & Inclusion Lead at Arqiva in 2019. Hayley-Rose played a crucial role in creating an inclusive working environment and implementing actions to promote diversity within the company.

Recently, Hayley-Rose transitioned to the role of Performance, Engagement & Inclusion Lead at Arqiva, where they focus on nurturing a high-performance, high-engagement culture and ensuring that every employee feels valued, heard, and respected.

Hayley-Rose Hill's education history includes a BA Combined degree in Drama and Performance Art from the University of Winchester, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Before that, they attended Little Heath Secondary School from 2000 to 2007. In addition to their academic education, they have obtained various certifications from institutions such as LinkedIn, Nuco Training Ltd, IOSH, and SHL. Some of these certifications include "Diversity: The Best Resource for Achieving Business Goals," "FAA Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health (RQF)," and "Practical Application of Personality and Ability Assessment."
