Stephen Doris has been working in the field of biology since 1998. Stephen began their career as a Technician in the lab of Michael J. Maroney at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In 2004, they moved to Brown University, where they served as a Teaching Assistant for Medical Genetics for first year medical students. In 2010, they became a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard Medical School. Most recently, in 2019, they began working as a Scientist in RNA Biology at Arrakis Therapeutics.
Stephen Doris attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. Stephen then went on to complete their Doctor of Philosophy in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology at Brown University from 2003 to 2010. Since 2010, they have been a Postdoctoral Fellow in Genetics and Genomics at Harvard Medical School.
