Mike Gleaves

Mike Gleaves has been involved in the technology industry for over thirty years. Mike started their career as an engineer with the MOD/RAF, working on radars. Mike then moved into the private sector, holding various sales and marketing positions before becoming a project group manager with Schaffner. In 2004, they joined Amideon Systems Ltd. as director of RF/microwave systems.

In January 2013, Gleaves joined Arralis Ltd. as group technical officer. During their time with the company, they oversaw the development of mmWave systems, microwave systems, satellite systems, security systems, and aerospace systems. Mike also played a key role in the company's acquisition of Comtest in 2015.

In December 2018, Gleaves was promoted to CEO of Arralis Europe and group CTO. In this role, they are responsible for the company's technical strategy and product development.

Mike Gleaves was educated at Chippenham, Wilts before going on to the University of Bath.
