Chris Sperling, CWT, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event production and management within the life sciences sector. As the Founder and Chief Instructor at Sparrow Firearms Training, LLC since January 2021, Chris has developed expertise in training and firearms education. Previously, Chris served in various senior management roles at Array, where responsibilities spanned program management and virtual production for nearly 20,000 life sciences events. Chris's diverse background also includes leadership positions in audio-visual services at American AVC and Cheyenne Mountain Resort, where a commitment to customer service and team development was paramount. Early career experience includes technical direction at The Bridge Calvary Chapel and management roles at Gold's Gym.
