Kathryn Mazon

Kathryn Mazon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development and strategic sourcing. As President of DIRECTION CONNECTIONS LLC from July 2015 to February 2023, Kathryn focused on providing customized strategies to enhance company capabilities for clients. Prior to this role, Kathryn spent over 30 years at Target, where responsibilities included serving as Sr Business Development Lead, connecting diverse-owned businesses with sourcing opportunities, and executing the national procurement of dairy products as a Buyer. Additionally, Kathryn led store planning projects to optimize merchandising presentations. Education was obtained at the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
