Rachele Pezel

Rachele Pezel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachele began their career at Haiku Veterinary Clinic Inc in 2003 as an Assistant Clinic Manager, where they stayed until 2012. In 2012, they joined Employers Options as a Payroll, Benefits, and Finance Manager, and later became the General Manager of the PEO Division. In 2018, they took on the role of Managing Partner at Swim With Hoku. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Array as VP and Vice President.

Rachele Pezel attended the University of Hawaiʻi - Shidler College of Business from 2006 to 2011. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their formal education, Rachele Pezel has pursued additional certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI and the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
