Norman Atkins has an extensive work experience in the field of education. Norman is currently the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Array Education since 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Co-Founder and President at Relay Graduate School of Education for 11 years from 2007 to 2018. Norman Atkins also founded and served as the CEO of Uncommon Schools from 1996 to 2008. Norman co-founded and co-directed North Star Academy from 1996 to 2002. Norman later pursued an M.A. in Educational Administration at Teachers College, Columbia University, which they completed in 1997. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Evanston Township High School (ETHS) from 1976 to 1980.
