Brian McGaughan

Brian McGaughan has a diverse work experience that spans over 15 years. In 2005, they began their career as a Legal Assistant at Heidell Pittoni Murphy & Bach LLP. Brian then worked as a Law Clerk at Stern & Kilcullen, LLC in 2007, and a Pro Bono Student at Seton Hall University School of Law in the same year. Brian returned to Heidell Pittoni Murphy & Bach LLP in 2008 as a Summer Associate, and in 2009 they were promoted to Associate. In 2011, they moved to RVM Enterprises, Inc. as a Lead Production Analyst. In 2012, they joined Evidence Exchange as a Project Manager, and was later acquired by AlixPartners in 2014. Brian then served as Senior Vice President, Legal Analytics & Discovery at AlixPartners. In 2022, they began working as a Software Engineer at Array.

Brian McGaughan has a varied educational background. Brian attended Newark Academy from 1998 to 2001. Brian then went on to Franklin & Marshall College, where they obtained a B.A. in English Literature from 2001 to 2005. After that, they attended Seton Hall University School of Law, where they obtained a J.D. in Law from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In 2015, they obtained a Mindseye Discovery Manager Certified Administrator from Mindseye Solutions. In 2012, they obtained a Relativity Certified Administrator from Relativity. Brian also holds a Brainspace Discovery Certified Analyst from Brainspace Corporation.
