Nicholas Winters has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2006 as a Maintenance worker at Rolling Meadows Golf Course. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at Bull's Eye Country Club and the City of Madison Parks. In 2016, they began working as a Freelance Web Developer, developing basic skills in Apple's developer tools and Web Development tools. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Clubhouse Manager at Fairfield Hills Golf Course. In 2021, they began working as a Software Engineer and HTML/CSS Developer at Array, and as a Freelance Web Developer. Lastly, they are currently a Software Engineer Fellow at Springboard, where they have completed over 700 hours of hands-on course material, 1:1 industry expert mentor oversight, and 4 in-depth portfolio projects.
Nicholas Winters obtained an Associate's degree in Basic Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac in 2010. Nicholas then went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Economics from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2012. In 2021, they obtained a Software Engineering Career Track certification from Springboard.
