Michael Davis

Michael Davis has over 30 years of work experience in project management and leadership roles. Their most recent position is as a Senior Director of Project Management at Arraya Solutions, where they are responsible for developing project management strategies, supporting their team's growth and enhancing the company's project management capabilities. Prior to this, they worked at Molex as a Senior Project Manager and Supervisor, leading the development of the Project Management Office (PMO) and mentoring employees on project management best practices. Michael also has experience as a Business Unit IT Manager at CLEAResult Family of Companies and as a Project Manager at Southwest Power Pool. Earlier in their career, they held various project management roles at Acxiom, where they managed client-facing projects and played a key role in developing two PMOs. Michael's work experience also includes roles in the healthcare and telecommunications sectors, as well as serving in the US Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician.

Michael Davis has a diverse education history. In 2020 to 2021, they attended Capella University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Project Management. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1989, they attended the United States Navy A School, obtaining a certification in Aviation Electronics. From 1986 to 1988, Michael attended the US Job Corps Trade School, where they studied Electronics and earned a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Michael has obtained several certifications. These include Foundations of Leadership - Certification 2 from The National Society of Leadership and Success, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Six Sigma Global Institute, and Foundations of Leadership - Certification 1 from The National Society of Leadership and Success. Michael also holds certifications in Business Project Management from The George Washington University, ITIL V3 Project Management from Pink Elephant, and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
