Stephanie Philavong has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stephanie started their career as a Sales Representative at Mei's Flowers & Gifts, where they excelled in creating customized floral arrangements and meeting sales targets. Stephanie then worked as a Sales Associate and Stylist at Club Monaco, where they honed their customer service and styling skills.
Stephanie then joined Citizen Watch Company as an Office & Sales Administrator, taking on various roles such as sales support, merchandising coordinator, and account payables. Stephanie demonstrated strong organizational abilities and contributed to the planning and execution of incentive programs.
Following this, Stephanie worked at Zwilling J.A. Henckels Canada Ltd. as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, where they facilitated communication between departments, implemented efficient reporting systems, and ensured proper execution of brand strategies during trade shows. Stephanie later became a Brand Manager in the Beauty Division, overseeing line development, private label programs, and merchandising fixtures.
Stephanie then joined Better Living Products as a Product Development Associate and Project Manager, utilizing their design skills and project management abilities to enhance product development processes.
At FUJIFILM CANADA INC., Stephanie served as a Product Manager for the Instax brand, launching new cameras, printers, and film to help capture and share memories.
Stephanie later became a Product Manager at Zwilling J.A. Henckels Canada Ltd. once again, this time focusing on kitchen products. Stephanie ensured product assortments aligned with customer needs and contributed to line development and extension.
Stephanie then joined Browne as a Senior Product Manager, where they curated optimal product mixes for customers and consumers.
Stephanie's most recent role was at TC Artisan Complete as a Project Manager, where they collaborated with clients to elevate their brands through 3D activations and translated their visions into reality.
Currently, Stephanie is working as a Project Manager at Array Marketing, where they assist the Account Director in bringing brands' concepts to life through permanent fixtures. Stephanie utilizes their creativity and problem-solving skills while learning from industry experts.
Stephanie Philavong pursued their education in a sequential manner, starting with their enrollment at Ryerson's G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education in 2007. Here, they obtained a Certificate in Business Management I, and completed their studies in 2008. Following this, Stephanie Philavong joined Ryerson University in 2008 and studied there until 2011. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Marketing Management.
