Stephen Warner

Stephen Warner has extensive experience in the transportation sector, currently serving as Head of Business Intelligence for the UK Trains Division at Arriva Group since April 2014. Prior to this role, Stephen held various positions including Commercial Systems Specialist at Arriva Group, Ticketing Manager at Abellio, and Key Account Manager and Project Manager at Scheidt & Bachmann. Earlier in Stephen's career, positions included Retail Strategy Manager at Northern Rail and Revenue Protection Manager as well as Customer Services Manager for North Wales at First North Western. Stephen's career began at Central Trains, where managerial responsibilities were undertaken from 1992 to 1997.
