Katrina Perry

Katrina Perry, M.A., is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and HR business partnership across various organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. People Operations Partner at Paro.io since November 2021, Katrina has previously held senior HR roles at DHL Express and DHL Global Forwarding. Prior to that, Katrina worked at Bulldog Solution Inc. as a Training Consultant, where training programs were designed for notable organizations, and also contributed to social initiatives for at-risk youth. Additional experience includes HR management at Amy Zier & Associates, teaching assistant roles at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and marketing coordination at Tribune Publishing. Katrina holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communications.
