Ricardo Portal, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ricardo is currently working as the Global Partnerships - Director at Arrive Logistics since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Sales Operations Analytics - Manager at Fluke Health Solutions from 2021 to 2022. In 2019, they served as the Business Process Transformation - Program Manager at Effectus, where they built and led the organization's Operations Support/BPO PMO unit. Ricardo also worked as a Business Process Transformation - Senior Consultant at Effectus from 2017 to 2019. Ricardo has also gained experience in finance, forecasting, and analytics as well as workforce management activities during their tenure at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. from 2015 to 2017. Before that, they worked as a Reporting & Analytics professional at Omni Direct in 2014.
