Robin Lachapelle

Robin LaChapelle is the Chief Administrative Officer for ArriVent BioPharma. Ms. LaChapelle is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, capital raising support, human resources assessment, executive compensation design and executive succession planning and coaching. Most recently, as Founder and Executive Advisor at RLT Consulting, she advised Biopharma CEOs and Board of Directors from a number of companies including Viela Bio, Immunocore and Sanofi. Prior to establishing RLT Consulting, Ms. LaChapelle held various senior executive roles including Vice President of Human Resources for MedImmune and AstraZeneca, North America. In this role, she managed $1.2B in HR spend for the company’s 14,000 employees. Additionally, Ms. LaChapelle served as Vice President, Global Total Rewards and Performance Management for Lockheed Martin, where she led compensation, benefits, retirement and performance management globally for 115,000 employees and partnered with the Board Compensation Committee. Before joining Lockheed, Ms. LaChapelle was Executive Vice President, Human Resources for Capital One Bank. Previously, Ms. LaChapelle also served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Strategy at Bank of America, where she was responsible for all segments in the Commercial Bank with over $17B in revenue. Ms. LaChapelle has an M.A. In psychology from Loyola University Chicago, a B.A in Psychology from Indiana University and is a certified Coach.
